by the NAPA Activity Support Service
The NAPA Activity Support Service is a FREE service for Activity Providers.
The service includes:
The NAPA Supportline – a Freephone line (Click HERE to find out more about the NAPA Supportline) call the Supportline on 0800 1585503 to chat to a member of our Supportline team about activity and engagement.
The NAPA Support and Share Network – A national open forum for Activity Providers with monthly reflective practice and peer support sessions. To find out more about the network and book on to the next session click HERE
The NAPA online Facebook Support Group – A closed Facebook group designed to provide a safe space to share challenges, ideas and to seek peer support.
The group is monitored by the NAPA Supportline and Communications Team. (Join HERE).

What information and advice can NAPA provide?
We provide accurate and up to date information in formats that we tailor to meet your needs.
We make sure we share information about what we do and how you can access our services.
We talk to you to find out how much information you want and follow up to find out if you need more detail.
We provide information and advice about activity, arts and engagement which is tailored to your situation.
We provide information that reflects relevant legislation, policy and procedure.
We tell you about person-centred approaches to activity and engagement.
We always include a contact name, telephone number and email address when giving advice you information electronically.
We get your permission before sharing your personal information.
The NAPA Helpline is a free, confidential service for anyone with a question or concern relating to activity and engagement.
Are you an Activity Professional, Care Worker or Family Carer who would welcome the opportunity to talk through your ideas and challenges with an expert in the field?
Our friendly Supportline Team have years of experience and have all worked in care homes and provided activities. They appreciate the circumstances in which you are working and can offer a listening ear, information and support. You can call us free on 0800 1585503 or email email@example.com
Calls and emails are confidential. We ask that you give us as much information about your question or concern as you are comfortable with. The more you share, the more we can help. We will not share information you share with us with third parties except in specific situations where we are required by law, or if there is a potential risk of harm to you or to the person or people you support or others. If you have called us when we were on another call and have left us a message with your phone number, we will call you back. We will never say why we are calling just that we are calling from NAPA. If you would rather we didn’t leave a message then just let us know at the end of your call or email. Who Should Get in Touch?
The people we hear from most often are Activity Providers, Care Staff and Family Carers. However, we are available to provide information and advice related to activity and engagement to anyone who needs support and practical ideas.
